Art making can allow us a place to express and hold our inner world, a medium in which self-reflection can take form. A small friendly group in which to explore image making guided by themes of self-reflection
Research has shown that engaging in creative activities can have numerous positive effects on mental health. Artistic expression allows you to express your emotions, reduce stress, and increase self-awareness. My workshops are carefully curated to provide a holistic approach to wellbeing, combining art therapy techniques with mindfulness practices.
During our art workshops, you will have the opportunity to explore various art mediums, such as painting, drawing, and collage. In our writing workshops I explore reflective practice using journaling, poetry and free association writing. As an experienced facilitator I will guide you through different exercises and techniques, allowing you to tap into your creativity and discover new ways of self-expression.
Workshops are open to individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced artists or writers. I believe that everyone has the ability to be creative, and my workshops are designed to foster a non-judgmental and supportive environment where participants can freely explore their creativity.

Throughout the year I run both Creative Art for Wellbeing Workshops and Reflective Writing for Wellbeing Workshops at venues in the Chichester area.
I also deliver custom made programs for organisations wanting to provide mental health wellbeing initiatives for their staff, volunteers or members.
