Creative Writing for Wellbeing

 A set of 4 workshops, 13th, 20th, 27th January & 3 Feb 2025
7-9pm, Green Door Centre, Bosham

Join a small group where you will be guided in the practice of creative writing for wellbeing.

Imagine allowing yourself two hours a week to come into a quiet place to put into words your thoughts and observations. Imagine being in an environment where we work safely, without pressure to be anything but ourselves.

Each week we will explore different ways of expressing ourselves through writing.  Using prompts we will work with poetry, journaling and free association.  We will discover how we can relax into writing to spark our creative energy.

Our writing journey will be around using reflective writing to foster a connection with our inner voice, allowing it space to emerge in different forms of writing.  Through guided, paced, fun exercises we will experiment with how free association can allow creative expression to form. 

No prior writing experience is required, there are no expectations around skill or technique, we are just going to find our own words and have fun!
